Dee We Miss You
This site is dedicated to Dee Montag who committed suicide shortly after the London Children's Aid Society pursued her child immediately after child birth.

On September 18, 2008 Jane Scharf supported by the Foster Care Council of Canada initiated a Coroner's investigation of the Children's Aid Society. Subsequently the Coroner ordered a police investigation. The investigation is still not complete. Jane's letter and the Council's letter to the Coroner can be accessed by the links on the left of this page.
Coronor's Investigation
Dr. Mann, an Ontario Coroner at 1-519-661-6624 has initiated an OPP assisted coroner's investigation into the death of Dee Montag. The outcome is still pending. Please call the Coroner's Office and ask to leave a message for Dr. Mann. Simply give your number, tell him you want to know the status of the investigation into Laura Montag's suicide at the hands of the London area Children's Aid Society to let him know that citizens' are concerned. If you can't give details about her death, just tell him you are a concerned citizen who wants to know how the investigation is progressing.
The Coroner will not be able to answer, however the call was made.
